PERSONAL INFORMATION
At your sole discretion, members may decide to add personal information about themselves on their profile or within private messages. This information is only viewed by Smokeshows. Members may upload images to their profile or within private messages. All of your images are private. Your name as well as a small thumbnail size image of your profile picture may be viewable by other members in the event that you publicly comment or like content posted by a Smokeshow on the homepage, news feed, or explore pages. AGE VERIFICATION
We take the protection of children seriously and require members to be at least 18 years old. Basic memberships do not include access to adult content. Before a Smokeshow may provide adult content, members must satisfy applicable age-verification requirements. Our age-check process may offer standard document verification through secure third-party Stripe Identity and, where supported, a separate anonymous age-verification option. Stripe Identity document checks are not anonymous. Verification methods and requirements vary by state; we seek to comply with applicable local laws.
UPDATE YOUR PROFILE IMAGE
Under your profile, you can navigate to “Bio” and click “Change your profile picture.”
MULTIPLE SUBSCRIPTIONS
You may subscribe to one or more Smokeshows simultaneously. You may cancel individual subscriptions one at a time. You can browse and choose multiple subscriptions by adding new Smokeshows HERE.
PRICING
Basic membership costs $1 per month and allows members to browse Smokeshows. Smokeshows offer exclusive content for paid subscribers. The cost of subscriptions varies by Smokeshows at their discretion. Some subscriptions cost more if they are marked “Premium.” Prices are disclosed prior to checkout. Recurring subscription charges renew automatically each month unless you cancel your subscriptions. It’s mandatory to provide valid credit card information in order to access the subscription features of the site.
PRIVACY
Other members cannot view your profile. Your account is completely private according to our Privacy Policy except for any personal information that you disclose to a Smokeshow as well as any public comments or public likes on posts from Smokeshows. Other members cannot see your name or image unless you publicly engage with a Smokeshow by commenting or liking. Charges to your credit card appear as the site name. Tips to Smokeshows appear as a charge to support “Young Conservatives LLC.”
EXCLUSIVE CONTENT
Exclusive content provided by the Smokeshows is determined by the Smokeshow at their sole discretion. Replying to private messages and engaging with you as a member is the Smokeshow’s discretion.
UPDATE YOUR PAYMENT INFO
Navigate to Billing and you can update your payment information, view invoice history, cancel or change your subscriptions, and more.
CANCELING
You may cancel anytime. This will prevent future charges. To cancel a subscription, navigate to Billing and click “Cancel.” If you are having trouble canceling a subscription, our team can assist you. Contact us via email at [email protected].
DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT
Upon canceling all of your subscriptions under Billing, your account will be deleted and removed from the site. If you wish to rejoin as a member, it will be necessary to re-subscribe and create a new account. If you are experiencing issues, you may contact us for assistance via email at [email protected].
SAFETY & ETHICS POLICY
Smokeshows are required to report any private member activity that violates our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or Ethics Policy. Members are strictly prohibited from ny aactivity that (a) violates any laws, (b) promotes hate speech, (c) threatens or incites violence, (d) creates any risk of physical harm or creates a direct threat to an individual or public safety, (e) promotes or publicizes crime, (f) coordinates harm, (g) promotes fraud or deception, (h) promotes violent content, (i) solicits sex, or (j) promotes cruelty. BANNING A MEMBER
Our team will investigate any and all reports of members violating our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or Ethics Policy. Members may be banned by the Site at our sole discretion if our team determines such action is appropriate or necessary.
BLOCKING
Other members cannot view your profile. Smokeshows can view your profile. If necessary, you may block a Smokeshow by navigating to their profile and clicking “Block.” To unblock, navigate to your “Settings” under your profile and review “Blocked” users.
REFUNDS
Full or partial refunds are offered at our sole discretion if we determine that a member is experiencing technical or website issues that cannot be resolved with commercially reasonable efforts.

Our Terms of Use allow Smokeshows and other creators to publish AI-generated or AI-enhanced content, including AI creators. Notices about this appear throughout the website and on creator profiles. Images, videos and descriptions should not automatically be assumed to be authentic depictions of real people or events.
